Refund Policy

Summary: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not consumed more than 10% of your plan's monthly minutes.

1. Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription (Starter or Pro), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided:

2. Top-Up Credit Refunds

Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. If a top-up was purchased in error and no credits have been consumed, contact us within 48 hours for a refund.
