When you create an account, we collect your email address via Supabase Authentication. We do not collect passwords directly — authentication is handled by our identity provider.
Videos you upload are processed on our servers and stored temporarily for up to 2 days to allow you to download your processed files. After the retention period, all uploaded and processed files are automatically and permanently deleted. We do not access, view, or share your video content.
We track processing usage (minutes consumed, file names, timestamps) to manage your account quota. This data is stored in our database and is not shared with third parties.
Payments are processed through Polar.sh. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Please refer to Polar's Privacy Policy for details on payment data handling.
We use browser localStorage to store your session token for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and automatic file cleanup. However, no system is 100% secure.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.
